Nicki Hood currently serves as the Executive Director of The Original Six Foundation, and previously worked as former Governor Nikki Haley’s Scheduler in the South Carolina Governor’s Office, and as the Operations Manager and Legislative Liaison for the Wine & Spirits Wholesalers Association of South Carolina. Recognized as an exceptional young leader, Nicki received the Order of the Palmetto in January 2017 and was named Hammond School’s 2017 Young Alumni of the Year. Nicki received a bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Mass Communications from the University of South Carolina and was inducted into the university’s Hall of Leaders in 2012. She grew up in Columbia, SC and continues to serve her community through her leadership with the Junior League of Columbia. Nicki resides in Columbia, SC with her husband Austin and their two chocolate labs Auggie and Murray
